We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the EternalPage service, process payments, send transactional emails such as account confirmation and payment receipts, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Public Information

Published memorial pages are publicly accessible and searchable. Information you include on a memorial page including name, biography, photos, stories, and guestbook entries may be viewed by anyone. Please only include information you are comfortable sharing publicly.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database provider. Images are stored in secure cloud storage. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We implement industry standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Third Party Services

EternalPage uses the following third party services: Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

6. Cookies

EternalPage uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.
