By accessing or using EternalPage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
EternalPage provides an online memorial page creation service that allows users to create permanent digital memorial pages for deceased individuals. Services include memorial page hosting, QR code generation, guestbook functionality, and family tree features.
EternalPage offers a one-time payment for permanent memorial page hosting. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once a memorial page is published, no refunds will be issued as the service is immediately rendered. Prices are listed in USD.
You are responsible for all content you upload or submit to EternalPage. You agree not to upload content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or violates the rights of others. You must have the right to use any photos, stories, or information you submit. EternalPage reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
EternalPage commits to hosting published memorial pages permanently as long as the service operates. In the unlikely event that EternalPage ceases operations, users will be notified at least 90 days in advance and provided with tools to export their content.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to EternalPage. By uploading content, you grant EternalPage a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as part of the memorial page service.
Your use of EternalPage is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
EternalPage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EternalPage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
EternalPage reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
